How is my photo sent?
There are various options for sending your photo. The standard options are either sent regular post in an envelope with bubblewrap and cardboard on either side to protect the photo or express post using the same packaging. Registered post and courier are other options I can provide but you will need to contact me to get exact prices depending on what postcode I am sending to.
What happens if my photo doesn't arrive?
Unfortunately there is always a small amount of risk with sending items through Australia Post. If you are worried about delivery you might want to chose the option of express post, registered post or courier to be safe. These will also speed up the delivery time.
How long does it take from when I order till I receive my photo?
Delivery will take between 1-2 weeks depending on what State you are in and what delivery service you choose.
Why doesn't the photo I want come in a 10" x 15" inch?
As I have cropped some of my photos to enhance the composition, or exclude unwanted background items, the size of the original file has decreased. This means that not all photos can be printed at the largest size as the quality would also be decreased. If you would still like the photo printed at this size I can print it but I cannot be held responsible for the finished quality.
